| Résumé: | World is in a constant state of flux. Increasingly, we assist to the integration of ICT in all business sectors. The penetration rate of ICT in society goes beyond 70%. Organisations embark themselves in processes of digital transformation to fully take advantage and optimize the quality of service offered to theirs users. The global ecosystem is marked by strong technological advances. IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial intelligence, Blockchain and robotics just to name a few, are increasingly becoming a major part of service in the management of services within organisations. A shift towards industry 4.0 is taking place with automated processes, the digitization of services and instant data exchange via secure digital channels. It is difficult today to see an enterprise that will work without integrating ICT in achieving the desired quality of service internal and external with the pressure of the global ecosystem which is characterised by increasing competition. Only those organisations that have kept up with the digital world will survive. Others will disappear, leaving a large number of people without jobs in total disarray. Not only will organisations undergo deep changes, the same will be applied to the human resources working there. It is clear that today, more than ever that the changes brought about by digital transformation will not only transform organisations but also people and services. This research tries to show how tomorrow’s organisations will function with digital. To do this, qualitative research has been used. This work defines and analyzes an algebraic model of a 4.0 organization using domain engineering techniques. In this research, all algebraic specifications are written in the OBJ algebraic language. After comparing the 3.0 organizational model to the 4.0 projected one, this study highlights the impact, challenges, and prospects of digital transformation in an organization. The defined model was applied to the higher education system, which constitutes an algebra. |
