Les enjeux politico-économiques de l’inclusion des femmes dans la construction de l’Afrique : une lecture dans le sexe de l’état de Nkolo Foé

Abstract

In the story of the world, women have not always been free to act for a very long time. They still go through compromising, humiliating, dishonourable and embarrassing situations that men subject them to. It is in light of these multiple treatments that they highlight themes such as gender equality, demands for decent work, pay parity and female leadership, they do not find satisfaction. In the same vein, we are directing our research work on "The political and economic challenges of including women in the construction of Africa". We focus on this theme to highlight the situation of women who are more relegated to the background when we talk about the concepts of "politics" and "economics". In Africa, as in the majority of countries in the world, it is men who are referred to in terms of governance. Very often, women's success revolves around their sexuality, their beauty or their plausible intelligence. Thus, the problem we want to solve concerns the status of women in political and economic decision-making with a view to building Africa. In fact, the research method used is analytical-critical. This method will allow us to arrive at the trends of contemporary feminisms and heteropolitical theory. Apart from these trends, we propose sexual neutrality and female meritocracy. Sexual neutrality makes it possible to guarantee in advance a female integration in the political and economic fields precisely. Through this sexual neutrality, there is no question of further discrimination between men and women in African societies because society is built by everyone. A neutral African society is not fundamentally demanding on sexual belonging in the professional context. This will lead to female meritocracy where the allocation of positions is not made on the basis of physical or external criteria but on the basis of intellectual and professional skills and abilities.
