| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work is to deconstruct the conceptions that we have of other place than where one is and speaks. To do this, the main question we asked ourselves is as follows: how Nathacha Appanah and Laurent Gaudé show in their texts conceptions of Elsewhere which distinguish from those that have widespread? This interrogation leads to the hypothesis that the two authors deconstruct these imaginaries by staging migrant characters with hope and despair. In order to support all the elements that corfirm the existence of this myth and to reveal the realities of the immigration and the vision of the authors of the texts, we have convened Gilbert Durand’s myhocritic and Peter Zima’s sociocritic. These approaches made it possible to structure the work in three parts of two chapters each. The mythical synchronicities of Elsewhere are centered on the imaginary and the reasons for mobility. The axis of the migratory adventure: between illusions and disillusionments has then interested on migratory trajectories to determine what immigrants live during the trip and the host country. In this case, mobility has proved disappointing and a few times as a loophole. Above all, it is found that the authors want, through their works, to propose new policies of hospitality, circulation and cosmopolitanism. | fr_FR |
