L’emploi durable des jeunes diplômés post licence dans le contexte Camerounais : vers une proposition d’un modèle de gouvernance sous le prisme du développement durable

Abstract

Our Research on the topic: sustainable employment of young post-graduates in the Cameroonian context: A proposal for a model of governance from the perspective of sustainable development. It is based on the observation that graduates of higher education, who used to occupy advantageous positions in the socio-professional integration process, are finding it difficult to find decent employment these days. The aim of the study was therefore to analyse the reasons behind the precarious employment of young graduates in Cameroon, in order to develop a more sustainable approach to work. To this end, a survey was conducted among a sample of the target population made up of 237 postgraduates of the Bachelor in Biochemistry of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Yaounde 1, year 2014/2015. Content analysis based on a semi-open questionnaire confirms the link between social governance and the employability of young post-Bachelor graduates in Cameroon. Finally, this study proposes a social governance model based on sustainability to address the phenomenon.
