Education in Africa and particularly in Cameroon is worth thinking about. Several strategies have been put in place to improve the quality of education in our country through the leadership of public and private organizations. As a result, the state’s role in school management is no longer to be neglected. Our study is then focused on partnership dynamics and infrastructural governance in industrial technical high school in the Centre region which involves establishing the link between education and the industrial sector in other, to evaluate the quality and pertinence of practical training in school environment. It also helps to promote the insertion of learners in economic domain. The adequacy of infrastructural governance which shows the implication of the involvement of shareholders in the educational community in the supply and management of industrial technical equipment, with the cram of providing for effective planning, program adaptation maintenance and the use of necessary for training in technical occupations. In short, the problem is that the technical facilities are inadequate in both quantitive and qualitive terms. From a quantitate point of view, technical teaching establishments suffer from insufficient high-tech now requires to meet current need in the face of growing demands. This wads to owed crowding in classrooms, limiting individual practical time and a reduction in the quality of practical teaching. Thus, technical equipment’s are characterized by ancient acquirements, now; technology evolves rapidly owner time. This lead us to assert that, the quality of training provided in condition of lack of infrastructures might result learners developing more theorical skills than practical ones due to budgetary constraints. As a result, schools are unable to update their technical facilities, which can compromise the relevance and quality of the training provided, and the lack of essential technical skills, making it difficult to keep up to date. Our main objective is therefore to improve technical facilities in industrial technical high school by establishing mechanisms and strategies of cooperation between the state and others partners and enhancing the practical skills of students. To remedy this problem, it is important to increase the budget allocated to improve coordination between the educational authorities and the players in the industrial sector through a solid partnership in order to benefit from the expertise of companies. The result of the analyses have shown that there is the relationship between the variables which are interpreted by using theories and literature review.fr_FR
