dc.description.abstractThis present research is thematic study which consist in describing the degree of implication of the system of information on the piloting archons of a secondary school of Cameroon. It takes place in a context where the heads of schools are being confronted to the mastery of managerialviii techniques governing their fonction. The problem posed in this study is the use of information in matters of governance of school establishment. It is a matter of knowing which measure the information system can influence the piloting of a school establishment. The general objective is to show how a system of information of quality makes management actions of a school establishment effective. This work is based on the assumption that the information significantly influences school piloting. To achieve the objectives of the study, verbal data had been collected for an interpretative approach by examining opinions, behaviors and individual practice in order to determine the common piloting practice and the use of information to control, evaluate and decide in a school organization. Thus, interviews were conducted in Government High School of Biyem-Assi in order to explain, the theoretical approach to understand the link between the SI in the SP of the school. The semi-structured had been carried out relying on interviews based on fairly formulated and open questions which were classified in logical order and by topic. The discourse has been revived in several forms in order to a glimpse of the personal opinion of each participant. Thematic content analysis has been applied in order to highlight the thematic coherence that exist between the various interview. The results of the interview shows that the SI is at the center of the high school management. The informations systematically accompanies all the management actions. For this reason, the effectiveness of the school management is depended on the efforts made to find relevant and quality informations. On the strength of these results, implications have been deducted in terms of government policy, managerial plan and theoretically.
