dc.description.abstract | The present work titled: “Culture and management of structuring projects in Cameroon: case of the Yaoundé-Douala highway in the locality of Lobo” is registred in a logic of understanding of the Eton Culture in the success of construction of the Yaounde-Douala highway. Indeed, many development theorists links that Culture is a factor of development of a country or a locality. The problem posed by our subject research is to understand and analyse the relationship exist between Culture and the management of projet structured in the Cameroonian context precisaly the Eton in the Lobo department. the main question of our study is to know what is the link between the Eton culture and the structural projet? It is followed by a principal hypothesis which explains the link that exist between the Eton culture and the structural characterised by the natural environment (farm, wildlife, forest etc…). The modification of the population behaviors, the destruction of the sacred places! the principal objectif is stupiled as follows: figure out the links that exist between the Eton culture and the structural projet in the Lobo locality. On the methodological plan, this reaserch was conduct using a qualitative approach through its different technics such as : observations, semi-entertaiment, structures, guided group discussions, life stories, cases studies. To ensure a good explanation of the obtained results, we called open two theories: the theory of ethnomethodology and the theory of cultural ecology. The treatment of these information were done through content analysis and iconographic analysis. The results of this academic work shows the existensis of rupture between culture and structured projet in the Lobo environment. the conflits of interest, in indemnisation of local population, destruction of tombs and desecration of sacre places, construction of drinking water points social base infrastructures (markets, drinking water point, openning of secondary roads, electrification of the area, donation of chairs and tables to schools, construction of fields, etc…). the stimatisation of the population, the implication of local residence in the realization of the structural projet. This reserch is limited to the Eton population of Lobo as people of the the center region Cameroon and the representations of this community can only be valide in this locality. | fr_FR |
