Résumé: | The majore task of schools is the good education of pupils. This mission cannot be fulfilled without a clear and safe health insurance ; clearly fluctuating insurance in public primary school milieu, viewing a simple fact : an increase malarias’ prevalence in school milieu. Teachers in the exercising of their duty, not being replacable as medical health care takers, certains questions are immediately asked : How is the premedical health care of sick people supported and taken over in nursery and primary public schools ? Is this premedical health care of sick people is effective in the fight against malaria ? These set of questions are those that brought us to take as research topic : Care taking Processes at school and malarial worsening level on pupils : case of nursery and primary public schools of Yaounde. The present work being registered in the domain of Intervention and Communautary Action, we have formulated a general hypothesis as : « Care taking Processes applied in school significantly influences malarial worsening level on pupils ». The operationalisation of variables of this hypothesis has led us to obtain five specific hypothesis leading us to launch a reseach, with the use of questionnaire distributed to 894 teachers. After collecting, counting and treatement of our data, with the use of Chi-square statistical test, of the SPSS software 18 version, we have obtained the following results : ✓ R.H. 1 confirmed via : χ2 cal = 34,329 > χ2 read = 16,920 ✓ R.H. 2 confirmed via : χ2 cal = 57,386 > χ2 read = 16,920 ✓ R.H. 3 confirmed via : χ2 cal = 69,124 > χ2 read = 16,920 ✓ R.H. 4 confirmed via : χ2 cal = 39,095 > χ2 read = 16,920 ✓ R.H. 5 confirmed via : χ2 cal = 66,894 > χ2 read = 16,920 All our research hypotheses confirmed, our general hypothesis has 100% been accepted. That has permitted us to make certains suggestions and recommandations tending to solve the problem fore mentioned. |
