Résumé: Considered as the Gordian knot of any functioning of an organization, the information system deserves attention to ensure that the organization's limit is resolved. In our thesis, we limit ourselves to evaluating the information management of the students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Yaoundé I. It highlights the analysis of information management in order to meet the information needs of students. We start from a simple random approach supported by our random probability sampling technique. The students of the faculty were the targets of our work. We collected the data, processed, analyzed and interpreted. The answers obtained showed that the students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Yaoundé I do not fully master the tools or means of communication made available to them. In addition, information is the very engine of a company's evolution. The results in the field also show that students need to have access to information in a timely manner and that the information are updated regularly. To do this, the administration must put in place the means of data management which will make it possible to store, process, and analysed the data; also the means of dissemination that will allow easy access to information. At the end of this analysis, the results made it possible to propose to the faculty's administrators to implement a quality approach that will be characterized by: Definition of procedures; The digital information system (intranet): Digital work environment: digital services, direct digital communication, participation and direct access; A process of self-evaluation.
