dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to explain and understand the impact of the career profile on the staff of the Yaoundé III town hall. Based on the observation that the municipalities seem to have some difficulty in responding fully and satisfactorily to citizens' requests, this paper analyzes this situation from the point of view of the career profile. The question is: what is the impact of the career profile on the performance of the municipal agents of Yaoundé III? We assume that the appropriate career profile is favorable to improving the performance of municipal agents. Achieving the objective required the implementation of a methodological system consisting of interviews and documentary research. Indeed, four personnel chosen in a reasoned manner were subjected to an interview guide. Thematic analysis reveals that indeed, training and experience are favorable to the improvement of the staff of the municipality. It would therefore be interesting for the authorities to emphasize the training and skills of their employees for better performance.en_US
