dc.description.abstract | The crisis of social values caused by various legal, social, cultural and technologic changes, has reverberated in the school environment through a deterioration in the behavior of the students. This degradation jeopardizes safety and the valorization of school staff with regard to students' achievements of moral, ethical, cultural and social values particularly integrated within the school and in the society in general. It is this context that queries arouse of the impact that has the type of management of students' behaviors in school. Because the latest take themselves for untouchable “little kings” protected by educational rights and privileges while forgetting their school duties. For a scientific approach of this study, two secondary schools in the department of Bafoussam 1 in occurrence ‘Le Collège Bilingue Voltaire de l’enseignement general, Technique, Industriel et Commercial' and ‘Lycée Bilingue de Bafoussam’ (Government Bilingual High School Bafoussam) served as observation fields. Thereby data has been achieved through twelwe semi-structured individual taken by school staff, two collective interviews targeted (focus group) with parents of the students, and the administration of 484 questionnaires to students. These data were analyzed from a triangulation combining the lexical-semantic and the statistic interference thanks to the Excel 2016 and SPSS 24 software via the correlation coefficient test of Pearson. Three main results emerge from this study: the school Manager’s personality has a consequence on the students' behaviors, HR1 is confirmed at '’Le Collège Bilingue Voltaire and Lycée Bilingue de Bafoussam; the behavior of teaching staff impacts in the change of attitude of students, HR2 is confirmed in Lycée Bilingue of Bafoussam and in Collège Bilingue Voltaire; the structural climate of the school has a consequence on the prevention of risky behavior of students, HR3 is confirmed in Lycée Bilingue of Bafoussam and in Collège Bilingue Voltaire. Indeed, in these two structures, the students’ behaviors are more or less conformable and are variable in terms of management’s type administrated in school milieu. Finally, in these two school structures, types of management are differents in the school quality leadership, althoug pilotage tools are similar. Face to these research results, the research perspectives have been elaborated. For an effective and efficient school system planning in relation to the management of students' behavior, we have drafted management charts in order to remedy the issue of degradation of students' behaviors and provide a transformational school leadership. | en_US |
