It is the result of a preliminary survey conducted among the trainers and beneficiaries of the Bab Al Amal project in the city of N'Djamena in April 2023. This survey focused on the integration of vulnerable and vulnerable young people into the labour market. Thus, the objective of this research is to determine the impact of the Bab Al Amal project, which responds to the socio-professional integration of vulnerable young Chadians. To conduct this study, we opted for the qualitative method. And according to the results obtained, the training program, the skills of the trainers, the follow-up of the young beneficiaries, have an impact on the socio-professional integration of vulnerable young Chadians through an analysis grid of performance indicators.en_US
