dc.description.abstractThe management style of institutional resources plays a key role in the effectiveness of a school. We conducted our study on the congruence between the management of institutional resources and the effective operation of primary schools in the Mfoundi region. We drew on various organizational management theories that emphasize the importance of taking into account human, social, material, financial, informational and strategic aspects for the effective management of educational institutions. The aim of our work is to describe the congruence between resource management and the effectiveness of school operations. Drawing on data analysis, the discussion offers several perspectives on organizational and educational management, highlighting the importance of effective management of human, financial, material and informational resources for the successful operation of primary educational institutions. Performance and productivity depend on the resources deployed and management style. Further research is needed to deepen and develop these concepts and recommendations for better educational management.en_US
