La politique camerounaise d’approvisionnement et de distribution des produits pharmaceutiques, Le cas des médicaments 1960 -2020

Abstract

The present study entitled the Cameroonian policy for the supply and distribution of pharmaceutical product : the case of drugs , is part of the History of International Relations 。The central problem highlighted in this work is that of policy effectiveness and efficiency supply and distribution of drugs in Cameroon. To achieve this，we proceeded by a thematic approach. All this in the light of theories such as realism and functionalism. Thus，we made use not only of primary sources including reports, decrees, letters of recommendations, oral sources. But also secondary sources consisting of books, theses, dissertations, articles, scientific journal. It emerges from this analysis that，this policy implemented since 1960，has made it possible to highlight a certain number of problems related to drugs and their availability. However, the effectiveness of this policy seems limited by the fact of a number of gravity related to counterfeiting, smuggling corruption etc
