Résumé: If it is true that, the condition of the formation of the subject for the access to truth, thought itself in social and external terms of organization in the traditional ancient thought, in thecompanies postmodernes, the contents of the truth of the policy are occulted by significant and immediate interests: lived. The "lived worlds» occupy a decisive place in the construction of subjectivity or relationship between the subject and plays of truth of each individual. It is him which imposes objectives and determines the control of the political subject. However, for the modern thought, the number of the lived worlds was limited, distinct and complementary. While seeking to restore certain bonds broken by modernity with a traditional ancient tradition, Michel Foucault wanted to thus think differently the hegemony of the relationship between subject and plays of truth. It is for what, the invitation to promote new forms of subjectivity built nowadays by a proliferation of the "lived worlds ", to release us from the State and type of individualism which is attached to it, starting from a reconsideration of the traditional ancient thought, this invitation is not sufficient anymore because perceived in a context of "worlds lived "unlimited. If it is always risky since criticisms "devices of the capacity ", to bring back the diversity of the practices conceptually and speeches, with a single instrument, and to allot to this one a function of social representation characteristic of this new contemporary construction of the subject, it is not solely with the promotion of new forms of subjectivity that it is necessary to work in front of this form of political engagement. The order of the mental representation for the Old ones, it was the capacity to transform the mode to be of the subject in the urgency of the action and unforeseen of the events. Today, the representations have evil to be detached from the needs and desire which they represent in our companies of exposure of the policy. They do not have any more the capacity to transform the mode positively to be subject. One sees by the same occasion as the men, their nature, their language, their government, their character, all things considered, their perception of the world and them - same change deeply a world in full change, the order of creativity on the bottom of which we must think the relationship between the plays of truth in this moment, does not have any more the same mode to be but that of the traditional ones. Now that the empirical like the life, work, and the language escapes law, the stake for us, it is that one should not be let take only with this later historical process which had proceeded at the Average Age, and which had been that of the progressive jurisdiction of the Western culture, as from the moment when the law is only one possible aspects of the technology of the subject with regard to itself.
