Résumé: | The contribution of the department of the union of Christian women (DUFC) of evangelical church of Cameroon (EEC) in the training and social integration of women in Cameroon : the case of synodal region of the center, south and east (1972-2017) is the theme that we are studying as part of master thesis 2 .The objective of this study was to show the contribution of DUFC in the training and integration of Cameroonian women during the forty -five years of its existence .The various field surveys, the research in the various documentation centers, coupled with the triple walking way analytical, descriptive and explanatory that we adopted in terms of the methodology allowed us to discover that the DUFC is an approach great partner of the state of Cameroon in terms of training and social integration of the female gender. In fact, since its creation within the synodal region of the center, south and east, the DUFC or the EEC has set up series of activities which allow it to achieve its objectives of complete formation of its members. This include among other things: bible studies, spiritual retreats, diaconates visit, conferences and seminars; and this in almost all areas of life (political, economic, social, cultural, spiritual). These different training courses are given to women by professionals in appropriate environment or locals. The DUFC is not limited to training, it uses trading activities, lobbying, the development of partnerships in order to allow Cameroonian women (members or not) to integrate into Cameroonian society. But all was not without snag; the DUFC faces a certain number of difficulties both endogenous and exogenous which slow down its action and which can be resolved by a synergy of action between the offices of the UFC, the EEC and the Cameroonian government.
